The above is an example
of the type of gallery I build. This simple setting evokes the
feeling of a quiet room or nook in a larger museum or gallery. With
its simple wooden floors and white walls, both light and focus is
directed toward the artwork on the walls.
The ceiling features three lights that swivel and rotate as necessary. The walls are offset, rather than occuring within the natural dimensions of the box, stirring the viewer's curiousity and creating an interesting play of light upon the walls.
This one inch scale gallery measures approximately 12 inches (30 cm) wide, 9 inches (23 cm) high, and 8 inches (20 cm) deep. Other sizes, room shapes, and interior schemes are available. Options include type of frame (or no frame), and the wood exterior (from simple to exotic hardwood).
