13 Emerson Street: the bay window and shop overhang
I wanted a bay window for the right wall shop that looks like a classic storefront window display. The shop itself is kind of vague, so I built it without knowing what would go inside. I also wanted an overhang above it.
The window consists of three glass panes, joined together at the wooden edges:

The top and bottom shelves are made from cut foam:


When the fit was determined, I used some trim strips to finish it off and finalize the paint:



For this scale, and considering some of this will be hidden and disguised with window displays and signing, I think this works:

The overhang was made from green paper with white transfer letters. Cut to shape and formed:
